President in 1994 – South Hero, Vermont
Bill was an active member in the club before his presidency… he was very involved in the Champlain Valley Meet at the Fair Grounds in Essex Junction. He was chairman of the show one year and held planning meetings at his house in Burlington.
He now lives in South Hero and recently hosted a meet there in conjunction with his neighbor, Kip Mathews.
